We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager with a strong background in Real Estate and Property Development management reporting. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, and the ability to lead financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management for real estate and property development projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare detailed management reports, providing insights into project performance, profitability, and financial risks.
• Develop and implement robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Liaise with project managers to align financial planning with project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct variance analysis on project budgets versus actuals, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits to ensure accurate representation of the company's financial position.
• Advise senior management on strategic decisions by providing comprehensive financial insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management within the real estate sector or property development industry.
• Proven expertise in management reporting specific to real estate projects.
• Strong proficiency in financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Keen attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in preparing reports and analyses.

Preferred Skills:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
