Job Description

1. Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's objectives.

2. Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management for informed decision-making.

4. Prepare budget forecasts, publish financial statements on time.

5. Ensure timely bank payment and all other payments due, reconciliation of bank statements.

6. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns for ASI, Loyal and Mojo (VAT, Corporate, etc.)

7. Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements report on company's financial health and liquidity.

8. Conduct and supervisor full audit process, financial transactions and documents.

9. Oversee audits and general ledger preparation.

10. Prepare annual budgets and variance analysis to track performance against targets.

11. Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses and enhance operational efficiency.

12. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads, to identify cost-saving opportunities.

13. Expense controls, Budgeting and Projection model, Cash Flow Management.

14. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

15. Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.

16. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and statutory filings.

17. Manage cash flow effectively to meet operational needs and financial obligations.

18. Forecast cash requirements and develop strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.

19. Evaluation financing options and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

20. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.

21. Implement internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize financial risks.

22. Monitor market trends and economic conditions to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.

23. Incentive plan and targets, product margin analysis.

24. Sales order Margin Analysis.

25. Pricing strategy, identify opportunities to increase margins and growths.

26. Consolidate banking, RFP process to select banks.

27. Purchase plan and Purchase Margin Analysis.

28. Financing from banks, Investment decisions, ROI plans, financial trading, personal asset structure.

29. Develop and maintain cost accounting system (product cost item-wise).

30. Recommend selling price guidance (based on market prices).

31. Determine profitability on a monthly basis and item-wise.

32. Comply with financial policies and regulations.

33. Financial trade analysis, personal asset structure.

34. Forecasted Production Plan, Production Plan on actual, Production plan variance report.

35. Lead strategic monthly operating report (MOR) on the business across all LOBs.
