Accountants Manager • Must be from Metal Coating Industry Experienced •

( Arabic Language Preferred )

• Generate Powder Metals Coatings Balance sheet with supporting details (customer metal balances, borrowings, etc) and distribute twice per week and final for each month end.
• Monthly MOR reporting of all Metals Accounting, including forecast.
• Work with Sr. Analyst and Supply Chain on forecasts of Metalworking capital and OSP costs.
• Purchase/sell metal from/to PMM (Gross metal coating gains, stock take, etc)
• Reconcile balances with PMM monthly
• Participate in weekly metal meetings, and gain insight on updates to monthly forecast.
• Monthly account reconciliations of Metal Coating accounts. Identify issues and work with IT and other departments to resolve them.
• Refining revenue recognition (IFRS 15) periodic adjustments
• Prepare semi-annual FA Pack-Metal sections
• Work closely with Material control manager in coordination of annual Stocktake and semi-annual vault counts. Ensure compliance to Refining Stocktake policy
• Calculate results of Stocktake, maintain schedule of gains/losses and recognition to income from Balance sheet as per Refining stocktake policy.
• Provide Metals schedules and documents required for annual external audit
• Handle Internal Metal coating audits. Provide all documentation required.
• Assist with implementing improved controls and compliance to Group Policies with respect to metal.
• Assist with updating/maintaining costing models, in particular for Refining
• Maintain documentation of processes in Intelex system
• Review and approve wire transfers, AP payment batches, journal entries

Are you the ideal candidate?

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• CPA / CMA or MBA desirable
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong systems skills
• Experience with Oracle or Focus ERP system desirable
• 5 -7 years experience in Accounting or Finance role
• Understanding of Power Metal accounting and working capital management desirable
• Manufacturing company experience
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision
• Excellent organization skills and adherence to deadlines
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Drives improved performance
• Builds strong working relationships with Finance and Business partners
• Inquisitive approach with focus on understanding the business
• Strong analytical capability
