Job Summary:

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and provide key insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Develop and manage financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer recommendations to improve financial performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process and manage quarterly forecasting activities. Partner with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals. Analyze trends and variances to ensure the business is on track to meet financial targets.

Reporting:

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and supporting documentation.

Strategic Support:

Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and market expansion. Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and conduct financial analysis.

Leadership:

Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in consumer goods or a related industry. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of financial software and ERP systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities.
