Position Overview: As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with local MEA regulations, supporting strategic decisions and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial statements, and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and regular account reconciliations.
Lead budget preparation and financial forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on budget variances.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, and prepare and submit tax returns.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of finance management experience, preferably in IT distribution.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
