Join IFS.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to support our Global Customer Services (GCS) team for the Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East, and Africa (APJMEA) region, based in our Dubai, United Arab Emirates office.As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance across this diverse and dynamic region.
Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the APJMEA region
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations across the region
Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Participate in strategic initiatives and special projects as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in multinational corporations
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Expertise in risk management and internal controls
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
In-depth understanding of project accounting methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
