MIS

1. To ensure preparation of MIS, Management reports, Board decks

2. To ensure preparation of Center weekly / monthly / quarterly review report as per requirement.

3. To ensure centre cash flow discussion Weekly Basis

Operational Finance

1. To ensure timely renewal of Insurance, rental contracts.

2. To ensure support & guidance to Clinics Accountant

2. To ensure to make sure for reconciliation of cash, Cheque & Credit Card (Weekly Basis)

3. To ensure Incentives are calculated based on the policy

4. To ensure stock Reconciliation once in a month and submit report with Physical Verification to CBO. Preparation and review of consumption report.

5. To ensure to minimize cash purchase at center level and maximum utilize standard LPO system in Tally with Support of Procurement department

6. Secretarial compliances related to UAE, Qatar, Oman, UAE.

7. Compliance of WHT, Income Tax, VAT in MEA region.

Special Projects

1. Given changing business requirements, 10-15% of special project / new initiative based work may be part of your profile.

Qualification Requirement:
Chartered Accountant - with 10+ years experience.
Worked in Manager position for at least 2 years.
Experience in Healthcare or Wellness industry will be an added advantage.
Joining within 30 days.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
