As we expand, we are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Part-Time Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, manage cash flow, and support our long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently to enhance our financial health. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate funds are available for operational needs. Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Assist in managing relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws is preferred.
