Company Descriptionwas established in 1977 to service the pharmaceutical industry as an agent for the management, storage, and distribution of manufacturers brands to both the private and governmental sectors.Today, Arabian Ethicals has grown into one of the leading healthcare distributors in UAE, distributing 50 brands across its pharmaceutical core business, animal health, and consumer division.The Finance Manager is a key partner to the business working closely with the General Manager for all matters relating to finance, which critically involves the preparation of business plans, both short term and long term (including budgets), forecasts, monthly reporting and decision support on a variety of initiatives and transactions.The role also closely manages the accounting and credit control team, in addition to directly ensuring cash/debt management and working capital management.The finance manager is also responsible for finance related system enhancements, automations, VAT filing (through team), implementation and monitoring of processes and compliances.Responsibilities
Leading and preparing business plans and budgets
Commercial and financial analysis to support business
Decision support for new initiatives and investments
Month-end closing and management reporting
VAT filing
Bank relationship and cash/debt management
Credit control activities
Working capital monitoring and reporting
