We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with proven expertise in the real estate industry.What will you do?

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary

What are we looking for?

Must hold relevant bachelors degree plus CA qualification or equivalent
Min 3+ years of experience in a finance role within the real estate sector
Superior mathematical skills; leadership skills and experience
Understanding of data privacy standards; solid communication skills, both written and verbal
