Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager for our office based in Jebel Ali. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry would be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Perform financial management duties such as generating financial data, compiling reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.

Oversee the operations and development of the finance department, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with local tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

Provide financial advice to colleagues and executive management on business decisions.

Manage the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.

Facilitate communication between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors to resolve financial issues amicably.

Develop strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's financial health and future forecasts.

Familiar with Auditing and budgeting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICA graduate / CMA / CPA / MBA in Finance/ Master's in commerce.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable manufacturing industry.

Proficient in financial analysis and strategy.

In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and industry legislation.

Knowledge and experience in UAE Compliance and VAT.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and proven ability to manage budgets effectively.

Experience in long-term business planning based on company data.

Expertise in implementing reporting processes to minimize financial risk.

High-level experience with financial and/or accounting software.

Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
