Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing the accounts team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: o Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and future financial performance, and financial planning. o Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives. o Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management. Operational Oversight & Team Leadership: o Policy development to create and review financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. o Lead, manage the accounts team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. o Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional development and growth. Compliance and Reporting: o Ensure the company complies with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. o Prepare and present financial reports to company management and board members. o Conduct Risk Assessment and identify financial risks. Develop strategies to mitigate them. o Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. Audit Management: o Oversee and manage the company's financial audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. o Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes. o Implement audit recommendations and ensure continuous improvement in financial practices. Strategic Planning: o Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic financial plans. o Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and business development. o Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's long-term stability. Stakeholder Communication o Internal communication - liaise with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. o External communication - manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.
Requirements
Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related Feld (Master's degree preferred). o Professional accredited certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA. o Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the property development or real estate sector. o Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE. o Excellent leadership and team management skills. o Proficiency in financial software and tools. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
