Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial activities of our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, track financial performance, and provide insights into financial trends.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor the company's cash flow, ensuring that there is adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Tax Compliance: Oversee tax preparation and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: At least 4-5years of experience in finance or accounting
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
