\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse are currently undertaking a search for a service-provider client, whom are in the process of looking to recruit a Finance Manager, within their regional operation based out of the DIFC.About the RoleThis role will take ownership and control across all areas of financial management, which includes the oversight of statutory accounting and the completion of all financial reporting along with any compliance-related duties under either IFRS and/or the DFSA governance.In conjunction, this role will be heavily geared towards the undertaking of financial analysis and planning policy, whilst developing reporting tools, to support all commercial decision making and business managers. The Finance Manager will act as the interface for all audit-related procedures along with the execution of consolidated reporting for group reporting purposes.The Finance Manager will also be required to complete detailed variance and cost analysis, to ensure accuracy across budgeting and forecasting practices, whilst also monitoring the required controllership within the operational and business development practices. The role will entail in comprehensively overseeing all areas of accounting and commercial finance; in the support of both the Regional Director and a Head of Finance based internationally.About YouWithin this search, the client will look to recruit a professionally qualified accountancy or finance professional with either a Chartered background (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or an MBA.The role will demand a candidate whom is able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience, within a broad ranging financial management and reporting based position, coupled with a knowledge of working within the UAE or regional markets.This role will demand a candidate with a strong communication and presentation skillset, coupled with an ability to present and accounts and develop reports, across Excel reporting platforms (including financial modelling) for both analytical and control-based purposes.Follow us on LinkedIn for daily updates on all new opportunities
