We provide operations and maintenance services for recycling plants as per client's requirements. HMV is a service provider for mining, quarries, and recycling. RENTALS We provide quality machinery and equipment as well as outstanding service to our clients. We are seeking for a dynamic Finance Manager to drive financial excellence, lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive budgets aligned with organizational goals.
Forecast financial trends and provide strategic insights for effective decision-making.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis.
Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Identify and assess financial risks, proposing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Optimize cash flow by monitoring receivables, payables, and daily financial operations.
Implement strategies to enhance liquidity and working capital efficiency.
Develop and execute tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.
Stay updated on tax laws and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth and successful audits.
Implement audit recommendations and enhance internal controls.
Develop and execute investment strategies in line with the company's financial goals.
Evaluate and recommend financial investments to maximize returns.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and proactively implement necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall company objectives.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
5-10 years of proven experience in financial management roles.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and taxation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
Evaluate and mitigate procurement-related risks and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
