Our client is an investment management company, a locally owned group of companies in transportation, retail FMCG, and services.We are currently hiring a Finance Manager for their sub-company, a Premier IT & Web Development Company in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop financial strategies and policies, procedures, processes and internal controls that will minimize the risk of fraud, error or misstatement of the financial statements, protect companys assets, while maximizing business efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of accounting, financial and management information that meets established and agreed accounting and financial principles and standards, which will enhance business capabilities, results and effective decision making.
• Develop financials, capital and operating plans, budgets and strategies with inputs from functional department heads, which will lead and drive the business strategy.
• Develop models, templates and other outputs that facilitate and support quick, efficient and successful business decisions and actions.
• Establish and maintain reliable, cost effective and appropriate relationships with financials providers which ensure that cash management, banking facilities and treasury transactions are optimized, which will ensure that the companys cash and fund flow and surplus or deficit.
• Ensure that the business assets, premises and transactions are reviewed, audited, investigated, managed and/or covered by adequate and appropriate statutory, regulatory, legal and insurance protection or risk management products / suppliers.

• Conduct checks that will ensure that credit is given judiciously but pragmatically in order to maximize sales while maintaining the companys objectives of ageing and minimization of bad debts.

Knowledge & Skills: * Education: Master\'s in Accounting & Finance

• Certifications: CPA / CA / CMA / CIA / CFA
• Experience: 5-8 years in Senior Accounts or Finance role
• Skills: Problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT, numerical, commercial awareness, communication, teamwork
• Competencies: Professionalism, ethics, governance, risk control, strategy, innovation, financial management, audit, assurance, stakeholder management
