Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management.
Manage the companys financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including variance analysis and financial modelling.
Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within the contracting, civil construction, or interior fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced skills in Excel and financial modelling.
