The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the contracting, civil construction, or interior fit-out industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management.

• Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including variance analysis and financial modelling.

• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.

• Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and growth initiatives.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within the contracting, civil construction, or interior fit-out industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced skills in Excel and financial modelling.
