As we continue to expand our reach and deliver breathtaking experiences, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the organization and ensuring the implementation of sound financial practices. He/she will ensure financial stability, compliance, and efficiency. In this trustful position we combine the complete company reporting, financial and operational. A person enjoying hands-on work, as well as being a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial management will fit in this position with very good growth potential.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company\'s financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Deliver insightful analysis of financial and operational performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Deliver accurate and timely all financial and operational statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with the external service providers for accounting and bookkeeping ensuring correct and timely results.
• Responsible for all accounts payable activities. Following up together with the Sales Managers to ensure payments are done on time.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax regulations
• Implement effective risk management strategies and processes.
• Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking transactions to optimize financial performance and minimize risks.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external auditors, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties to address financial matters and regulatory inquiries.
• Continuously review and enhance financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer/Manager in UAE (experience in EU is a plus)
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
