We are now seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee and enhance our financial operations. : The Financial Manager at TechPharm DMCC will be a key player in managing our financial strategies and operations. This role includes overseeing financial planning, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and playing a pivotal role in our extensive trading activities. A critical responsibility will be coordinating the annual audit process and ensuring effective collaboration with external auditors. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies in alignment with our large-scale trading operations.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations.
- Lead the annual audit process, liaising effectively with external auditors.
- Expertly manage banking transactions and stay abreast of trading market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.
- Provide insightful financial advice to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in trading or a related industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and standards in Dubai.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of banking transactions and trading activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
