Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate financial reports and present findings to the management team.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Provide recommendations for cost control and profit improvement.
• Internal Controls:
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to safeguard assets and improve financial processes.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and development.
• Ensure efficient workflow and high performance within the team.
• Compliance and Regulations:
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Strategic Planning:
• Support the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide financial insights to drive decision-making.
• Cost Management:
• Analyze and manage workshop costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
