We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with a solid background in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure financial compliance with local and international regulations, including automotive-specific standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and financial performance.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, service, and parts, to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and offer insights to support business decisions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage.
• Strong experience in the automotive sector is a must.
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on driving performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with automotive financial software and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
