Job Description

The Role

Our Poulty and fresh products group is looking for an experienced finanace expert to join our team. An experience in FMCG is a must and an experience in poultry industry is preferred. o Poultry farms (breeder & broiler) o Layer farms o Slaughterhouse The Roles : Manage all accounting transactions efficiently. o Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports as per company and legal accounting standards. o Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. o Reconcile accounts and manage financial records accurately. o Oversee payable/receivable transactions and cash flow management. o Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. o Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company resources and enhance profitability. o Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. o Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. o Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business. o Collaborate with other departments to align financial and operational strategies and drive overall company performance. o Evaluate investments, operational performance, and profitability of different poultry projects.



Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Al Ameen Software ERP ( preferred ) and Odoo. o Previous experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage (F&B) is a must. o Previous experience in poultry industry (farms, breeder/broiler, layer, or slaughterhouse) is a plus. o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting systems. o Ability to commute/relocate to Al Ain. o Languages: Arabic & English (preferred).
