A Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of an organization by managing its financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role ensures effective financial controls and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting strategic decision-making to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, developing financial strategies, and coordinating with other departments to optimize financial performance. A Finance Manager also leads and supervises a finance team, ensures accurate financial reporting, and provides insights to senior management.
