Our client is looking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company\'s growth and profitability.- Oversee and manage the daily financial operations of the company.- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing arrangements.- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.- Utilize SAP to manage financial transactions, reporting, and data analysis.- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.Requirements- Proven experience in financial management within similar industry.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in using SAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
