Support the preparation of Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual reports.
Prepare analysis of monthly results, projects/assets expenses, detailed KPIs and dashboards
Prepare monthly detailed analysis of all relevant Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accounts, reconciliations needed for closing
Manage extraction of GL data from SAP and preparation of reports. Monitor WBS and cost centre. Ensure correct accounting of expenses and revenue.
Manage information in ERP system for entities under scope, coordinate with different departments.
Preparation of journal vouchers (JVs), making schedules, clearing and related works
Support preparation of Annual Budget and Closing forecast including the final presentation and the ad hoc analysis
Support preparation of Long-Term Plan for the company (5 year/ 10 year) based on the guidelines received from HQ
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
CAPEX analysis whenever needed
Work on different projects within the team or with other teams
Work with operational and sales teams by providing support on financial queries
Other Ad-hoc works as delegated
Candidate Profile
Undergraduate in Economics or Business studies.
Excellent use of Excel and database. Good knowledge of SAP.
Analytical approach to work.
Problem-solving skills and initiative. Strong attention to detail.
Handling deadlines and pressure situations. Good time management and ability to prioritise.
Ability to work in transverse, good relationship and initiative mindset.
