Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our team and assist in financial operations, reporting, and analysis. This role is ideal for candidates pursuing a career in finance and looking to gain hands-on experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in financial data entry, record-keeping, and documentation. Support the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements. Help with budget tracking, expense management, and variance analysis. Participate in auditing processes and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist in VAT/GST calculations and tax-related documentation. Conduct research on financial trends, market conditions, and investment opportunities. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency. Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Basic knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and taxation. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
