We are seeking a motivated Finance and Insurance Coordinator with a background in mechanical operations and strong customer service skills. This role is crucial in assisting customers with financing options, insurance products, and enhancing their overall experience at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding financing options and insurance products.
• Prepare and review financial documents and contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all finance and insurance transactions.
• Stay updated on automotive finance products, regulations, and market trends.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English.
• Experience in finance and insurance coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Mechanical operations experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with finance software.
