We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer specializing in Finance for Non-Finance Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in delivering training to professionals from diverse backgrounds. This role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions that cater specifically to participants who require a foundational understanding of finance principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive course materials and resources for the "Finance for Non-Finance Professionals" program.

Deliver interactive training sessions that effectively convey complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.

Customize training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of participants.

Facilitate discussions and exercises to enhance participants' understanding and application of finance principles.

Evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

Collaborate with the training center team to continuously improve course content and delivery methodologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Trainer or Instructor in Finance for Non-Finance Professionals.

Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to engage and motivate participants from diverse professional backgrounds.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or training (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTDP) preferred.

Previous experience in a corporate training environment is an asset.
