Job Description

Requirements:

Experience: 10+ years

Mandatory skills: Trade finance, LC documentation, accounting & finance.

Responsibilities (KPI's): -

Manage day-to-day banking transactions including cash flow managements.

Follow up on receivables (Local& Export) and monitoring collections.

Provide adequate support to the team, Operations and other departments to ensure that timely solutions are provided to them.

Handle the Operational finance - fund based and non-fund-based financing end-to-end management of Import and Export LC documentation including follow up on Swift and LC amendments; disbursements against cheque and bill discounting; conversion of non-fun based to fund-based facilities.

LPO Issuance and Co-ordination with Suppliers.

Submission of Banking requirements on daily basis.

Participation with Accounts Team during Audit.

Bank Reconciliation.

Intercompany transaction and reconciliations.

Performa Issuance and coordination with customer

Reconciliation of ledgers (customers, suppliers, general ledgers)

Adhoc report which is assigned by the line manager and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
