Dubai, UAE SALARY: 18,000 AED - 18,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UAE National Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities of the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact with Brand in terms of financial activities such as payment, LC, payment terms etc
Support Sr. Executive/ Fin Ops Manager in reviewing and securing best payment terms with suppliers in coordination with Buying
Coordinate with the suppliers on payments to ensure that all products are delivered, and the payment is processed within due dates and ATI commitments to suppliers are met
Maintain receivables records (advance/ RTV/ damages) and follow up with suppliers/Brands to clear advance payment monthly
Provide FSS/Buyers on a weekly basis with information regarding pending payments
Coordinate with Buyers and Brand to finalize the LC values and expiry date to facilitate LC issuance and renewal
Provide Finance department with the relevant information required for drafting Letters of Credit and submit for supplier approval
Manage the end-to-end process of LC\'s- issuance, safe custody, renewal, cancellations, value revisions etc
Resolve/Monitor supplier damages and liaise with the suppliers in case of any variance/damage to prompt immediate corrective action
Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information. Maintain and update all necessary records, files and databases
Support Organizations initiatives to improve the end-to-end processes including systems, steps involved
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
UAE National (Emirati) citizenship is required for this position.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
