Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives Manage budgeting processes and oversee financial reporting Facilitate financial audits and lead the finance team effectively Advise on long-term business and financial planning Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, procedures and systems Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies Maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team Oversees the day to day accounting, treasury and FP&A functions A successful Finance Director should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field Proficiency in financial management software Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis Strong communication and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
