- Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions of the organization
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure financial stability and growth
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other department heads to align financial objectives with overall business goals
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
- Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
