Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to oversee our financial operations and contribute to the overall financial health and growth of the company. The Finance Director will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a proactive approach to managing financial risks.

Responsibilities :

1. Be fully responsible for the company's financial management, including accounting, budgeting, taxation, financial reporting and internal control.

2. Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy to ensure the realization of the company's financial goals.

3. Monitor and manage the company's financial risks to ensure the compliance and legality of financial activities.

4. Analyse and report financial data and provide management decision support.

5. Responsible for communication and coordination with external audits, tax authorities and financial institutions.

6. Lead and develop the financial team to improve the team's professional capabilities and work efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or related majors, certified public accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.

2. At least 8 years of financial management experience, of which at least 3 years have been held as a financial director or equivalent position in the high-tech or financial industry.

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
