Job SummaryIntegrator of change management, value realization and communication verticals for the project. Own the integrated project plan, including status reporting, team progress/health checks, stakeholder mgt, risk management and risk mitigation activities, scope management, and monitoring the impact of dependencies on the integrated project plan to deliver the financial and other benefit realization goals. Single point of contact for financial submissions.Accountabilities
Transformation roadmap and pipeline management: This role requires close partnership with Transformation SVP to create, develop pipeline of transformation projects beyond the in-flight projects.
Process transformation: This role is responsible for facilitating process transformation and streamlining - across AMENA all functions and implementing step-change initiatives in automation, AI and value stream mapping to eliminate touch points and layers in the process.
Transformation project design: This role will be critical in detailing the design of the project to deliver the Value Realization. This may include financial modelling to support target setting, consulting with organization design leads on design alternatives, scope management to ensure value targeting occurs for the most impactful categories and markets and analyzing and providing recommendations on break through business models such as share services or outsourcing and automation opportunities.
Transformation project execution: This role is the project manager identified projects. This role is responsible for putting in place robust project management methodologies, risk and issues management, value realization process with VR lead, guidelines, dashboards, and mobilization of the project execution team. This role supports PMO to embed managing Transformation projects using PPMM methodology.
Transformation Capability: This role is the SME on PowerSteering and PPMM capability building, signing off on all project management tools and sharing best practices within AMENA and globally.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferably finance- 12+ years post graduate experience
Lean six sigma - master black belt
PMI certified, demonstrated scale project management experience (multi year and market)
Strong ability to drive and deliver large, complex, opaque, cross-functional productivity projects within a matrix environment
High level of business acumen ~ must be finance savvy
Strong training and leadership skills (project management, stage gate)
Strong ability to drive change, lead and conduct ideation and brainstorming sessions
