Job Summary:
The Finance Controller will provide strategic financial leadership and management, ensuring the company's financial health and stability through expert handling of its financial resources. This position is responsible for a wide array of financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, risk management, and process improvement. The Finance Controller will act as a key advisor to senior management, guiding financial decision-making to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to financial standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Develop detailed reports for management on financial performance, highlighting trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the annual budget process, coordinating with department heads to gather data, set targets, and allocate resources.
• Develop rolling forecasts and long-term financial projections to guide strategic planning efforts.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align financial forecasts with the company's strategic objectives, including revenue, expense, and profitability goals.
• Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems to protect company assets, ensure the integrity of financial information, and minimize risk.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
• Oversee the cash management function, ensuring optimal liquidity to support ongoing operations and strategic investments.
• Manage working capital by monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels to improve cash flow.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing financial insights, recommendations, and support for key business decisions.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and feasibility studies to support corporate initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Oversee SAP B1 and other financial system integrations, upgrades, and implementations.
• Foster a data-driven culture, promoting the use of business intelligence and analytics tools for real-time financial insights.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team capable of scaling with the company's growth.
• Set the KPI for all the team members and finance department.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 10 years in a similar role as a Finance Controller.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial management software and SAP B1, Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
