We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of an esteemed investment group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. As a Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and driving financial performance.Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including internal controls and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Manage financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Handle ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management or controller role, preferably within the investment sector.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, MS Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on driving team performance and development.
