- Manage and oversee the controllership function, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Treasury.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting leadership within the hospitality or restaurant sector in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, including AP, AR, GL, and Treasury.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
