Finance Controller Engineering & Transformation Review and challenge the initiative feasibility and ultimately validate the initiative in amount and principle Translate the initiatives into financial impacts Bridge gaps between financial results and transformation tracking tool with Synthesis and present the initiatives impacts in the financials Control Engineering financial performance, challenge R&D gross costs and liaise between Omega & R&D costs optimization Follow and challenge R&D costs optimization action plan Review standardization & classification of cost items and define relevant KPIs to monitor performance Follow up the indirect costs' inflation for division in budget and actual Follow up the implementation of R&D KPI's for digitalization

Administrator of the R&D KPI Digitalization tool (after Go Live) : Ensure the handover to End Users

Serve as a primary point of contact for Users / Provide back-up support to Users Check and ensures the R&D departments upload their files on time Provide assistance in a timely manner to user-reported errors Contact IT&S teams in case of technical issues Accountability for referential integrity Control & upload the manual corrective files Fix any data inconsistencies, make sure data is complete, accurate, and serving Business needs Ensure the compliance of the periodically archiving records Onboard & Provide access to newcomers (through PO Desk ticketing process)
