We invite you to join our client's team as a Finance Controller, where you will play a key role in overseeing financial strategies, optimizing ERP systems, and leading a dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure business growth and sustainability. Lead ERP implementation and optimization to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Analyse financial data and provide strategic insights to improve business performance. Supervise day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Utilize MS Business Central/MS Navision for financial reporting, data analytics, and automation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and ERP integration. Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures effectively. Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering professional growth and accountability.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

Must be a qualified CA, ACCA, or CPA from (USA). Min 4 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller.
Must have experience in the Real Industry.

Strong ERP exposure with hands-on experience in financial modules. Experience in MS Business Central/MS Navision is an added advantage. Expertise in ERP implementation and optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of financial software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
