The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in a hospital or clinic setting within Dubai, demonstrating exceptional medical and patient care skills. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier healthcare services and ensuring patient satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and integrate best practices into patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Handle emergencies efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Degree in Medicine or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting in Dubai.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records.
- Certifications: Valid medical license to practice in Dubai.
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week.
- Days Off: Fridays off.
- Annual Leave: 30 days of paid annual leave.
