Position: Finance ControllerAbout Our Client:A global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutionsKey Responsibilities:- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.- Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team, highlighting key insights and trends.- Manage cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds for various business activities.- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and business growth.- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.- Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Proven leadership and people management skills.
