Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial compliance sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their financial compliance needs.
• Present and sell financial compliance solutions, including VAT filing, corporate tax services, and accounting services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic selling techniques.

Financial Compliance:

• Provide expert advice on VAT filing and ensure clients' compliance with relevant VAT regulations.
• Offer consultancy on corporate tax matters, ensuring clients' compliance with tax laws and optimizing their tax strategies.
• Assist clients with accounting services, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Client Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their financial compliance concerns and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their financial compliance status and recommend improvements.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial compliance services to clients.
• Prepare and present regular sales and compliance reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on the latest financial compliance regulations and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial compliance consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of VAT filing, corporate tax regulations, and accounting principles.
• Proven track record in sales, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
