The Position

Roche Kuwait early in career Program is a 12 months rotational development program at Roche. The program is designed for high potential individuals at an early stage of their career (No work Experience is required as a fresh graduate), accelerates their professional development and enables them to be key contributors to Roche's purpose and what patients need next.

Roche Kuwait offers Finance Business Partner position for a period of 11 months and 1 month rotation with the below main responsibilities:

Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams including finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, technical service and applications

Collect data from numerous data sources, clean data and analyze, that support the reports generation

Provide teams and stakeholders with actionable insights and analysis reports based on data to support decision making efforts

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, as required, with the help of computer spreadsheets, draw charts and graphs to illustrate technical reports

Perform data verification, and back-up; and maintain database

Manage and coordinate the key financial measurements, as required, and also advise on the required corrective actions

Monitor variances, track receivables, and follow up on discrepancies, as required

Conduct business studies, review customers accounts, contractual terms, and define deviations

Analyze customer performance and define the discrepancies

Perform budget and cost analysis, reviewing and advisory of financial status, as required

Maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization

Who You Are (requirements)

You hold a BSc and/or MSc degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economy, Business Administration, or any related area

You are at an early stage in your career. Fresh graduates will be preferred

You have basic understanding of healthcare system is preferred

You are eager to work with diverse cultures

You are curious and have passion for learning new things, and have high degree of integrity and courage

You have excellent communication and innovative skills

You are proficient in English
