About The Role Our position Finance BP Morocco, based in Casablanca, Morocco.

The Finance BP acts as a service provider to the regional finance community, the site manager and management by performing reporting activities and by providing in-depth financial analysis for the purpose of strategic and tactical decision-making. He/She acts as the 'financial eyes' in the plant for both the local plant management team and the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include Developing, analyzing and presenting financial results to the business and management Analysis and review of actuals versus budget versus prior year Analysis factory and supply chain costs and provide financial information on multi-dimensional components of the drivers Analysis production costs (KPI's), supporting contract negotiations (e.g. energy), acting a gatekeeper of internal controls, inventory counts Precalculation and postcalculation on costs Providing SG&A insights and Cost Control Supporting budget holders on preparing operating budgets, forecasts, MTP and capex plans Support organizational projects Preparation of cost center reports Identifying or supporting cost savings and productivity initiatives to drive cost leadership Creating investment proposals, manage CAPEX approvals, monitor, track and ensure CAPEX is within a spend Contributing to cost leadership as a strategic pillar in the organization

About You Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar Min. 5 years of experience in Finance Extensive experience in finance: accounting and controlling is a must Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries English business proficiency, written and oral French and/or Arabic business proficiency, written and oral In-depth knowledge of manufacturing environment Knowledge of controlling and financial methodologies and reporting IFRS and local GAAP knowledge Sage knowledge Strong analytical skills, strong drive to deliver Good leadership and change management skills **All applications must be submitted in English
