We have a passion for growth, including investing in the development of our people.Role DescriptionThe Finance Billing Intern will be responsible for providing billing support services to ASPAC countries and its multiple entities by assisting the billing coordinators with processing client invoices and credit notes. The invoices and credit notes must be raised accurately and supported by sufficient supporting documents (e.g. purchase orders, signed Work Orders, etc) within the agreed timeline; checking the supporting thoroughly and arranging them in an organised manner will be a key part of your role.Principle Accountabilities:
Monitor the recharges closely for the entities and/or clients assigned to you.
Review all recharges and cross-check against supporting provided and details in Bullhorn to ensure they are accurately and correctly raised.
Check the supporting documents of the ASWs and maintain a report with the status and remarks for each recharges (e.g. remarks to be added if no supporting document is attached, or if supporting receipt differs from amount listed, etc).
Work with the billing coordinators to liaise with Service consultants for recharges that require correction or clarification.
Process invoices and credit notes in an efficient, timely and accurate manner by the frequency and deadlines agreed upon in Client contracts and requirements (eg. submission of invoices to client portals and supporting documentation).
Compile and verify supporting documentation against signed contracts with the Clients to ensure all requirements have been met for submission purposes.
Ensure compliance with the relevant operating procedures, country rules and regulations, while maintaining the stipulated service standards.
Work closely with the Service Teams and other cross-functional teams on client billing related issues, such as contractor payroll, benefits, expenses, recharges and intercompany.
Compliance with company procedures and country regulations.
Perform adhoc task and undertake projects as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Enrolled in a University/College Degree or Diploma Program.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Fast Lerner-Ability to learn and grasp knowledge relating to the job functions.
