Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant Manager to support the Finance Manager in overseeing the company's financial operations. This role includes assisting with financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities to help drive financial efficiency and strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Support the preparation of detailed financial reports, such as P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records with local and international regulations.

Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and assist in budget preparation.

Help oversee internal financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.

Provide analysis of financial performance and suggest cost-saving initiatives.

Assist in managing external audits and liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve company goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Experience with ERP systems.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Additional Requirements:

Experience in budget variance analysis and financial forecasting.

Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory filings in a multinational environment.
