What you will be doing Own the Accounts Payable function for Dakhla, ensuring compliance to group accounting policy and accuracy of PO coding Prepare bank reconciliations for all accounts and credit card clearing accounts on a weekly basis Tight control of accruals and prepayment register ensuring that cut off procedures are followed improving the accuracy of month-end reporting Reconcile revenue on a daily basis monitoring tight cash control at locations Responsible for the coordination and presentation of the end of month reports for including budget vs actual analysis Preparation of month end reporting pack including reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts Cash flow management and control Complete VAT returns on a quarterly basis Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices Maintain the fixed asset register Ensure lease and debt payments are made in accordance with contract What can you expect
