Job Description

Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leader in logistics and relocation services, is seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth flow of accounting processes.


Key Responsibilities:


• Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting systems and ensure accuracy.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and report discrepancies.
• Expense Management: Monitor and process expense reports and vendor invoices.
• Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Audits: Assist in internal and external audit preparations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
• Support Tasks: Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.


Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Skills:
+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel.
+ Strong numerical and analytical skills.
+ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attributes: Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
