Finance And Accounts Manager
Job Description
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to policies.
Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business planning and decision-making.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
