Job Description

Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly accounting reports, including MIS. Compile and analyze financial information for effective decision-making. Prepare cash flow statements, MIS reports, doctors' performance analyses, and other relevant reports. Present reports and interact with management and other stakeholders. Ensure all aspects of financial accounting are carried out smoothly and efficiently. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager, General Manager, and Administrator. Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends, recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control. Recommend, develop, and maintain financial databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems. Interact with internal and external auditors to complete audits. Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on fiscal matters. Develop monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly budget variance and financial reports for top management review. Provide accounting policy orientation for new employees. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described, as assigned by the Accounts and Finance Manager. Comply with all OSH and infection control policies, standards, and procedures, and cooperate with hospital management to meet these requirements. Work in accordance with documented OSH procedures and instructions. Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures. Notify OSH hazards, incidents, near misses, and issues, and assist with the preparation of risk assessments and incident reports. Comply with waste management procedures and policies. Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills, and awareness programs. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Commerce required. Two years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare institution, with demonstrated administrative skills. Excellent command of oral and written English. * Proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel, and familiar with accounting software.
